- 1 / 5By Byron ShultsApparently El Zarape's hours vary during the season. During the "winter" season (It's October, not winter), apparently they close whenever they want. This behavior is unacceptable at ANY restaurant. I know waiters, chefs, cooks, expo's, hostesses and hosts who stay FAR longer than normal business hours just to care about their customer's satisfaction. Though the staff, while displaying their "Open" sign, denied us access and service because of their "business" that day. I deem this place a 1 star rating, not only for not allowing us to not eat during normal operating hours, but also because they served my good friend COLD food not once, but twice. Very disappointed. Would not recommend, and am hopeful reprecussions are instilled.May 11, 2017
